Despite the hotel's convenient location near the Six Flags theme park, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired. The room I was assigned was not up to standard, with issues ranging from a lack of cleanliness to broken amenities. the fact that there were no blankets, a missing TV remote, and even feces in the toilet was utterly unacceptable. In terms of services, the laundry and wake-up service were subpar, failing to meet basic expectations for a hotel of this caliber. the lack of attention to detail and customer care further marred our experience, highlighting a glaring gap in the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my time at Wingate By Wyndham Atlanta/Six Flags Austell was marred by cleanliness issues, a lack of essential amenities, and poor customer service. It's clear that improvements are needed to bring this property up to the standard expected from a reputable hotel chain like Wyndham.
